My internal DVD Drive is shot, and does not take in disks. I am not under warrenty, applecare, etc and would cost a fortune to fix the internal drive. I have a HP external USB dvd drive. How would I put the mac leopard install disk in the external drive and boot from it?

Note: I have no access to the mac part of the hard drive. Only the windows side. THX

I installed a printer driver on my notebook and after restarting the note book could no longer boot, I tried the safe mode sothat I can uninstall but could not boot from the safe mode. so now I bought a 2.5" hard disk inclosure and tried to convert it to an external hard drive but if I plug it to the usb port it only shows me a red light and PCs does not recorgnize it at all.
Thank u all.
